2012 Season is here!!! here is tryout info...

Rockwall High School Volleyball 2012 First two weeks of practice

August 6th

9th – 12th Grade 6:30am – Running (9th - 12th @ RHS Track)

Athletes will be required to run 2 x 300 yd. shuttles. The shuttle times will not keep the athlete from making the team but will keep the athlete from competing in a match. The two shuttle times added together must be under:

2:00 min Varsity; 2 min 5seconds. = JV Team ;2 min 10 seconds = Freshman Team

9th – 12th Grade Tryouts: 7:30 am. – 10:00am. @ RHS Competition Gym  (running and vb shoes, kneepads)

9th – 12th Grade Tryouts: 1:00pm – 4:00pm @ RHS Competition Gym (vb shoes, kneepads)

August 7th:

9th – 12th Grade Tryouts: 7:30am – 10:00 am   1:00 to 4:00pm –  @ RHS

August 8th: 

9th Grade Tryouts: 9:00am – 11:30am @ RHS (Team Selections)

Freshman Team Practice: 1:00pm – 3:30pm @ RHS

10th – 12th Grade Tryouts: 7:30am – 10:00am @ RHS (Team Selections)

JV & V Team Practice: 2:30pm – 5:00pm @ RHS

August 9th

 Freshman Team Practice: 9:00am – 11:30am  & 1:00pm – 3:00pm @ RHS

Varsity JV 10-12:30 and  2:30 to 5:00

Week two

Monday

All teams 4:00 to 6:30

Tuesday

All teams match versus Forney, Frisco Liberty

Wed

V and JV 9:00 to 11:30 (include lifting)

9a and 9b 10:00 to 12:30 (include lifting)

August 15th: Mandatory Parent/Player Meeting with Coaching Staff @ RHS Cafeteria Annex 7:00pm

9^th Crandall tourney

Friday JV, 9^th off , Varsity at Garland tournament
